I am a recent graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and a new member of the Kentucky Bar. I believe I distinguished myself in Intellectual Property throughout my law school career. My note for law review about trademarks received the honor of Best Note for Volume 47 of the University of Louisville Law Review. A paper I wrote for my Copyright Class received second-place honors in the ASCAP Nathan Burkan Copyright Competition. My work as a research assistant to Professor Lars Smith has allowed me to gain experience in international trade secrets and trademarks. Finally, I was a member of one of the University of Louisville's Trademark Moot Court teams that competed in Chicago in February; we won fourth-place in the regionals and 9th place in the country. I was also a member of the Entertainment Moot Court team.
In my spare time, I like to sing and dance, volunteer at my church and make movies of my children.
